New HTC devices announced at MWC!


 HTC kicked some butt at MWC with a bevy of new device announcements, including a tablet. One of the phones looks like a cooler BlackBerry! Shoot, I might buy an HTC BBerry. BARCELONA, SPAIN – Mobile World Congress – February 15, 2011 – HTC is announcing six new devices, each with a distinct set of features for a variety of users from the Facebook fanatic to the business professional. With the introduction of the HTC Flyer, HTC ChaCha, HTC Salsa and next generation HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S phones, HTC once again leads in bringing a cutting edge, varied portfolio of superdevices. 
The HTC Flyer, combines HTC’s foundation of innovative design principles with a reimagined HTC Sense experience for tablets, culminating in the ultimate user experience. Rediscover the natural act of writing with HTC Scribe technology, which blends natural touch and pen interaction. The HTC Flyer provides effortless productivity with a plethora of thoughtful and integrated features such as Timemark, which enables you to capture the audio of a meeting in line with your written notes, so tapping on a word in your notes instantly takes you to that exact place in the audio recording of the meeting.. Enjoy hundreds of low-cost, high-definition movies on HTC Flyer’s gorgeous 1024 X 600 resolution 7-inch screen with HTC Watch or play your favorite games with OnLive mobile gaming technology. The HTC Flyer will be available globally during Q2 2011.
Today, HTC also unveiled the HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa, two new phones that provide seamless social network integration, allowing you to stay in touch with your friends anytime, anywhere through deep Facebook incorporation. A dedicated Facebook button provides one-touch access to your friends and family. With a simple touch of the Facebook button, your network is immediately privy to the song you’re listening to, the new restaurant you’re checking out or interesting website you’ve stumbled upon. Both phones feature a 5-megapixel camera with auto focus and LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera for face-to-face conversations on the move and a 480 x 320 resolution screen. The HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa smartphones will be available to customers globally beginning in Q2 2011. In the United States, HTC plans to bring this unique user experience to market later this year exclusively with AT&T.
Lastly, HTC has announced the HTC Desire S, HTC Wildfire S and HTC Incredible S, three new versions of HTC’s most popular and advanced smartphones. These updates reiterate HTC’s commitment to provide distinct choices in the design, power and value of the HTC lineup. The HTC Desire S is sculpted from a single block of aluminum, features Qualcomm’s new 1GHz 8255 Snapdragon processor, high-definition video recording and a 3.7-inch WVGA display for the perfect combination of power and speed.
