Tuning a Guitar with a Pocket PC

One of the ways I try to keep some sanity is to unwind from time to time with a guitar. Since I always keep my Pocket PC close at hand, it seemed like a good idea to me to find a guitar tuner that I could load onto it for those times when I want to unwind.
I tried out a couple of different makes of tuners and decided on Perfect Pitch. A screenshot of it is shown below.
This software is tremendously easy to use and it only takes me a minute, max, to fine-tune the tuning on my guitar using it.

The variety and quality of software that is available for the Windows Mobile platform is amazing!
Take care.

Hi Bruce:
It's great to see this type of application being recognized but I would love to see more of the big music software players for the PC get into Windows Mobile.
There is currently an issue with the lack of MIDI hardware support on Windows Mobile. The MPort I used to distribute for the Pocket PC was and is still the only MIDI interface produced for the Pocket PC to date.
If any MIDI hardware or software manufacturers are reading this, please devote some resources into creating the hardware and software for Windows Mobile devices. It's about time that we as users of mobile devices are able to take the 512 megs plus of SD memory to store and edit midi files for playback on a MIDI capable device directly from our Windows Mobile devices.
No more heavy laptops while playing live.
Good comment, Bob.
I'm all for minimizing what one has to carry around.
Haven't come across the editing software, but hopefuly someone else will chime in (punny, huh).
Take care. Let us know what you think of Perfect Pitch. It works great for me.
